Acer Urges Microsoft to 'Think Twice' About Surface Tablet Plans

Acer CEO J.T. Wang urged Microsoft to "think it over" before introducing its own tablet in competition with OEMs. Wang's comment follows HP's decision to cancel plans to make an ARM-based Windows tablet. - Its becoming increasingly apparent that Microsofts OEMs are irked by the software giants decision to compete against them by introducing the Surface, a tablet computer that combines Microsofts operating system and for the first time Microsoft-made PC hardware.
