Apple vs. Samsung Court Message: Create, Don't Emulate

NEWS ANALYSIS: Apple, even though the richest company in the world, had to sue Samsung. Samsung and Android have a huge advantage in smartphones (68 percent of the world market to only 17 percent for iPhone). Therein lies Apple's main motivation for this case: Android is kicking iPhone's rear all over the world. -
